Mrs. Blake left me several messages regarding a ACH fraud acct; they was very rude with me the first time I called; they even hung up on me. I called them back; they wouldn't let me ask any questions. I was so nervous I couldn't sleep last night. They side good luck on your case. they will be a warrant out for your arrest. I received a call from somebody stating they are with Broward something with phone 954-357-7295 tried calling it back; it was a fax number. the message stated that I should call investigator Blake back at 208-369-4716 to settle this case out of court. I should have listen my lawyer advise. just ignore them or try to get the info they are claiming from them. Dumb me I call them back and they ask me if I wanted to make a payment and how much I can pay. So I did make a payment, I was fling uneasy about this transaction. I was promise the a sign document, she just sent me a receipt of sale what's that! No document attached. I felt like I was scammed. Lesson Learned!

same as the others said she would put out a warrant for my sons arrest and his brother too

Claimed to be calling to report that a check fraud claim has been filed against me. The sheriff department will be coming out to my house. Of course this scared my granddaughter.

Janice Hunter called me claiming my sibling used me as a reference and owes debt. She threatened to file 2 felony charges against my sibling if they did not call within 24 hours. I informed my sibling immediately. When my sibling called Janice Hunter was EXTREMELY rude and would not allow my sibling to say their name let alone address the issue. This situation made my sibling cry. I then called the woman to receive more information so we could resolve the matter (my sibling did NOT owe anything to this 'company') and she was beyond rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me. I called her back and proceeded to yell at me when all I was trying to do is resolve the matter. My sibling now thinks they are going to jail. My sibling has 2 children and this woman terrorized our family. This needs to come to a stop immediately and we would like to file harassment charges but do not have information on this 'company'. Can someone please help us?
