Continues to call and threaten me at work. Has called my boss and threatened her even after she informed him that I could not recieve personal calls at work. I don't owe any debt but he will not send any information to me for me to look at.

States he is an officer of the law has called my work and we have requested to stop calling my place of work. Today 11-1-10 he called approx 20 times to my place of business. How do I get them to stop before I lose my job? PLEASE HELP.

I was called on 10/27/2010 at around 2 pm. The caller stated that I was being brought up on federal check fraud charges for a payday loan that I never requested or received from a company that I never heard of. The caller then stated to me all of my personal information even my SSN. Then said that federal agents and police would be here to arrest me the next day. I informed them that I never received this loan and they said that the didnt care and hung up on me. I called them back and started asking questions and they told me to have my lawyer to call them. I informed them that I would and they said I had better or I would lose my job. They then hung up on me for a second time. I called them back and informed them that I was going to report this incident to the police and they replied "I don't care, do what you want. Fuck you!" I think that the police and the FBI need to do something about this. I do not know how these people got all of my personal information or what they are going to do with it but I would advise anyone who gets these calls to close your bank account and open a new one and not to give out any of yout personal information over the internet. Something has to be done to stop this!!!

Called me as well threatening lawsuit and wanting to confirm my personal info, stating that I hadn't paid back a payday loan which I never received or authorized, asked if I wanted to settle over the phone or defend myself, used the name Mike... Believe this is a single male and female team as the original message came from the female but I could hear the male in background yelling at someone else. I asked for the callers credentials and he yelled that I was the one in trouble here not him. What can we do to stop this harrassment?

Called my house and my husband's cell phone and said they were the law and legal department. My husband called them back and they said they would not talk to him as the situation involved me. My husband said if it involved me, it involved him because they called his cell phone. They said I put him down as a reference. Why would I put my husband as a reference? They said they had a lawsuit against me but would not state about what.

I got my first call at 6:45am on 10/14 and 10/15 Leaving me a message saying I need to call them back by 5pm that day cause he stated that they have a big case on file on me and some loan company put money into my bank account for me and they never did he also stated that they have my bill very high and that I owe them lots of money!Then another call today to my cell phone but when I didnt answer they called my work a woman started talking with a CSI #157081 and if I dont pay they will send a investigator to my front door then stuttered cause he forgot i was at work dumb a** so he was like to your front place of work to put you behind the bars I laughed. I started to ask questions about this online payday loan I was suppose to have recived and from whom he just stated a bunch of online loan name so I asked him was it thinkcash he stuttered agian and was maybe think so, I was like so your taking my word now or you dont know he was like there are many so I was like how much do I owe he was like over $500 and then he gave me all kinds of money figures and so forth I told hime to mail me somthing to prove this to me he was like once you pay we will send you all the legal documents I was like NO! . I told him I will call back after work which I didnt do cause I know its a big scam my father is a Federal agent and even called them back they would not give him no info and he said he was me but told them he was a federal anget no dice. These people need to be stopped the FBI NEEDS TO SEPT UP ALREADY. Oh also they have a heavy India accent with the name of ROBIN WILSON a TRUE AMERICAN NAME COME ON NOW WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller called andsaid he wanted $50,000 from me. He said that he had my SSN number and my Bank information. He also calld a bitch and said some other profanity to me.

Fraudualent call threatening me to jail time and legal action if I don't give them my personal info and pay back a loan that I never received or authorized, also calling my family members telling them that I am in serious trouble with the law for fraud.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHO OR WHAT THIS CALLER IS. THEY HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH CALLING. I HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ANYMORE AND TO CONTACT ME BY MAIL BECAUSE I CANT UNDERSTAND THEM, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CALL ME 5 TO 6 TIMES A DAY!!!
