Good luck getting FCC to do anything. I reported this to the FCC and received a letter back telling me that they won't investigate.

For those people who are having this call I want to enlighten you somewhat. This call for all intensive purposes is originating from a PC. It is using an line emulator and is not only using this phone number as a mask, but it is more than likely routing through several different phone numbers. There will be no way for your typical Verizon CSR to inform you who it is, because it could quite well be originating in another country (not to mention from a pc). The reason you are getting a verizon message when calling it back is because they are forwarding the calls to Verizon voicemail box they know is inactive. This will need to be something the FCC investigates, and it will not be solved easily. They are phishing for information as a previous user described. There are ways to get your personal account information off of your phones. My personal advice to you is to not answer it, log the times/dates, and report them to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. I unfortunately have no available solution since I haven't the resources needed to track them. Good luck, everyone.

I receive calls from this number several times a day. I answered once to just say "Stop calling me" but every other time I ignore. The daily call volume from this number, however, is getting out of control.

early calls from this number, no message left. Annoying calls.

no response, multiple calls. Redailed and was told by a recorder that this was a verizon wireless number and that it was no longer in service but it keeps calling me.

No one on other end when you pick up. calling all hours of the day...about every 2 hours...late at night.

Over 25 calls from this number in the past three days. No message, no one there when you call back. How do you stop this?

This caller does not say anything when they call. The line does not go dead until you hang up.

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER DO NOT ANSWER It has called me 24 times in 27 hrs I believe it is linked to a phishing of my friends facebook who has been posting ads on my page also My cell # is on my page and is why i believe they are linked. DONT ANSWER as this could be a caller who has a phone hack program that collects info from your phone for there use which is why u may not hear anything. They can collect login info if u use websites on ur phone or other numbers to call

This number has called me several times today. When I called it back, the message given was that the Verizon Wireless number I am trying to reach is "either changed, disconnected, or no longer in service. I googled the number and found a multitude of complaints. I would like for these calls to not resume.

Started a couple of weeks ago. I would get 1 call and then nothing for a few days. This week it has escalated to several calls a day. I called my carrier today and they put a block on the number.
