This caller, or texter, has text my cell phone, and told me that my VISA Card has been frozen, and wants me to call them back so they can put my new VISA Card # on their file. Do they really think people will fall for this scam. I called this one "UNKNOWN", only because you don't have a category for SCAM ARTISTS, which is what they are and should be reported to the California authorities along with the FBI. PLEASE ! Be careful if you get this message on your cell phone, and PLEASE ! Do the entire nation a favor and report this scam and phone #.
