Cash Advance USA / Usa Cash Advance.. This Is BS.. Got my 2nd call today from the same people differant phone # this time and said they were a special finacial investigation team from the United States Government this time.. lol I almost laughed but wanted to get more info from their bull crap company.. i asked for my account number with said loan company and she asked me if I was aware of the charges being put against me. I asked again for the account number she then past me through to the same man i talked to 2 days ago. He asked me if i was aware of the changes i again asked him for the account number he repeated then i told him I was on to him and that i would be calling the local police and police in his area becausse I when he had called days before.. After the fist call I contacted the REAL BCI and they told me that it was a scam .. so be aware call your local police department and if they have your info contact all creditors banks and set up a password and ask them for ID protection and that someone has your info.. Hope this helps someone else I was lucky and did not fall for their bull crap scam..

These people call me from different numbers saying I owe for a $300 loan from Cash Advance USA. I never have taken a loan from those people. I ask for phone numbers and dates of loan they refuse to give me any information. They just threaten me with arrests, calling me a liar, and now threated me with a law suit and filing it in California. I have a letter to go off to my State Attorney General about this. I believe this is a scam. I can not find a number for Cash Advance USA, but have left numerous request on they web site to contact me. No response. I found one complaint against them and a e-mail address I sent a request to her to contact me but so far no response Linda Mann

Caller said his name was officer Jack Smith Badge # 8911 with Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) Asked me if i was aware of the the crimminal charges that were being charged against me in New york and that he was the investagator handling my case.. He then said he was recording the call and read me off my address and last 4 ss numbers and said that because I had not paid back advance payday loans that they were filing charges and that he would be forwarding a arrest warrent to the state i live in to have me picked up for charges on extorsion.. Then shortened the meranda rights and asked me if I could explain why I hadnt paid the amount owed and if I was give 2 option to pay today would I pay the out standing balance of 1200. dollars.. or 150. then 200 in 2 weeks. I started asking question about him being a office .. was he from a collection agency he then again said he was from BCI and was a investagtor on the case.. I told him I didnt have the money and could I have some time to come up with it.. he said i had 3 hours or he would forward the arrest warrent to washington state and have me picked up. The number he gave me is 347-640-5544 I asked for my case # he said it was *&*^% and that they were able to put out a arrest for me thru section 9211.. I never paid anything but know this is a scam.. wanted to report this.. Not sure how they got my info . I am investagating that..
