they have been calling me for some weeks 3 to 4 times a day. That my attorney has to contact them, to settle an account that i owe them 5000 and that is from a payday loan. That is federal case etc. I hang up on them and they got mad. they have a weird scary voice.

Called and left three messages at my home today; called me at work - told them I had reported them to the FTC, BBB, FBI, Arizona and California Attorney Geners - say I owe them money for a payday loan, however, I have checked with all my payday loan people and have gotten verbal and written confirmation of them being paid.

They have called me 23 times in the past hour. i don't even have a bank account but they try to say they are sending police to me to arrest me. dirty scam artist.

They called my brothers work. They told his boss that it was a very important call. When we called the number they said my brother took out a loan and that after all the fees he owed them $845.46. They said that if he didnt pay in that hour he was going to be arrested the next day. The person that I was transfered to her name was Julian Marshall. She told me the procedures of how to make the paymnet. They wanted a letter with us accepting the charges and in the same letter the credit card number, experation date and security code with a picture ID. )The fax number they gave was 714-844-9190) Out of curiousity we called later in the day and the number was no longer in service. The next day the number only accepted voice mail. Thanks to this site I have reported it to authorities.

I copied and pasted this from my post on whocallsme.com. I got a call from a person with a very thick Indian accent. He left a message, his name was Mike Anderson and claimed his client was Cash Advance and they were filing a lawsuit against me because I owed this company money with an outstanding amount of 560.23 and what I needed to do to stay out of the court house and I got "transfered" to an Indian lady named "Sarah Mashall" and then transfered me to the "resolution" department and it was "Mike Anderson" again and he threatened me, used my mother and boyfriends name and they knew where I live and they were gonna settle this from my doorstep. They had me going and really upset, they will say anything to scare you and go the full extent to trick you. My boyfriend grabbed my phone and hung up on them. Haven't reported it to authorities yet because I wasn't sure exactly what to do, but now that I found this site I'm calling the police tomorrow morning.

they called my sister telling her that if she didnt pay some loan she took out now that the cops were going to arrest her the following day, I called and tried getting inform and kept getting hung up on . They are idots my sister is 18 and has never had a job to even get a payday loan. They told her she has a warrent and had to go to CA to fix the problem that they could't send us any ifnor. on this issue that we just had to pay the loan. FRAUD!!!

SCAM!!! These people are dirty scam artists trying to get money out of innocent people!!!
