This person or company say they are the "US LAW OFFICES - DEPT OF JUSTICE " has called me repeatedly also threatening me with the same pay day loan crap. He says I will have a criminal case against me for internet and loan fraud if I do not pay now and that he will have the police come search my house and arrest me. They have all of my information too, my full name - social sec # - address.. I don't know what to do or what my options are!

I have received the same types of calls from a man named mike with this phone number he has harrassed me and yelled at me and said I have a criminal case against me because I did not make payments on time on a payday loan which I have never received I would like to press charges on this guy is that acceptable?

The manager of this company has called my wife my 13 yr.old daughter over 7 times today and harrassed and called them names,IE...MF,Bitches and other nasty word.He claimes to be an attorny and says his name is Derrick.I am very disappoited and do not want my family harassed this way.Please help and put a stop to this.
