Placed a call on Saturday a.m. for a locksmith - 123 24 hour locksmith on 3420 Dunbar St, Vancouver, BC. Said that the locksmith would be 40 minutes. Called back - couldn't make it Saturday, but could make it on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Called me back on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. - car wouldn't start - would be there at noon. At 1:00 p.m. I called the original number back - they couldn't get in touch with their locksmith. I indicated my concerns - lack of customer service - would be talking to the BBB - dispatch hung up on me

Claims to be a locksmith, works with shady individuals in unmarked cars. I called because my keys got locked in my car and they assured me I would get an estimate once the locksmith arrived. The locksmith arrived gave me an outrageous amount that I just couldn't pay because I didn't have enough and I told him I'd figure away. But for him to leave he told me he had to charge me $37 for actually just going there and I explained that the company (7274649000) had told me that he would only give me an estimate, upon calling back the line was busy and he knew this so then he asked me how much i would be willing to pay ,seeming to just want to get money even as I explained that he took longer then he explained he would take. So do not trust this number ,us www.donotcall.gov to register your number so you are removed from their calling list!

Will not stop calling me. I told him that is wife is fat and he smells like a terrorist piece of do-doo! Foreigners!
