Got a call on July 3 from Customer Protection Unit of Card Services saying she received request for credit in my name, asking me to call between 8-8 eastern time and refer to ref # 263421478. I called the number after hours and a recorded voice said I had called Card Services (no indication of which card this is) and that my call couldn't be taken, then it hung up.

This is definitely a SCAM!!!!!! I got calls from this number. They claimed to be from Fidelity Investments. I googled this number and found out that it was once claimed to be from "Bank of America", "Michigan State University" and now "Fidelity Investments". It is clearly that all of those who claimed it legit are part of the fraud. Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!
