I received a recorded call from "Rachel" with Cardholder Services in Florida. When I pressed 9 to speak to a live operator, I asked the guy what number I could use to call him back & I was told that I can't call back. When I asked what number the FTC should call because of the Do Not Call List violation, he hung up. I have had several calls from this same company recently despite the fact that this number has been on the Do Not Call List for years. 407-000-4829 & UNKNOWN NAME was displayed on the caller ID.
