Received a $30 charge to my account that I did not authorize

This actual happened to me on Sept. 14. I noticed a charge on my account for $30 that I did not authorize or even signed up for their loan. I called them and the girl on the other line acted like she was not surprise this charge was made without my authorization. She told me that I would obtain my money back in 10-20 days. Waiting to see if it is true. Then later that day I received a call from a guy at my work saying I was in big legal trouble. the next day the same people called my house. I called them back and these people must thought I was stupid because they were trying to say that back in Nov. 2010 that I took a $400 payday loan out online, which I never did and it went into my account and I stopped the payday loan place from taking their fees and money, which never happened. I put a claim online against these peole. I am also going to contact the autorney general in the state they are located, contact the police department here as well as talked to my bank to see if they can get my money back.

These people took $30 out of my account without my authorization. This caused my account to become negative and now they will not pay that back, only the "processing fee!!!" Now I am getting harrassing phone calls from a lawyer that says they are going to pursue with legal action on funds I never received. They better bring it on, cuz when I am done, I will own their company!! This place is a joke. Don't even waste your time

THIEVES!!!!! This number (866) 233-8422 showed up on my bank statement as a $30 debit !!!!!!!! The statement read: ELECTRONIC/ACH DEBIT PAYPRT8662338422 PAYDAYLOAN 126027225 Debit: $30.00 I never approved a loan nor authorized any debit!!!!

i got charged 30.00 to my bank account with out my permission me and bank called this number no luck with this no its a fake no we need to put a stop to this

This Company charge my bank account & when I try to call the there was no answer. I had to put a claim with my bank to get the $30.00 back plus the overdraft fee.

Spotted a $30 charge on my bank account. Called the company because I did sign up for Payment Protection or a payday loan. They have been giving me the run around since June 15. I told the guy who they seem to always transfer me to that I will be a thorn in his side until my money is refunded.
