this man with a very heavy accent has called my cell phone & my work phone claiming that he is with the Dept. of law & investigation. demanding that i call him back asap or he will let the local law handle the matter. I have cussed these people out so many times it is ridiculous. what can be done to put a stop to this. they also call from a 760-284-4631 & it is always the same thing. a complaint has been lodged against my social security number & either myself or my attorney of record needs to return the call. if not they say that the only thing they can do is wish me good luck. i want these people reported to the proper authorities and arrested for this scam. unfortunately, some people have probably paid these people for a loan the never had or a loan that they have already paid off. well every american is not stupid enough to fall for this scam. again, HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE BE STOPPED?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spoken to Mr. Gary Thompson 1/12/11. about a collection. I informed him I was at work and will take care of the matter once i got home. he began to call my job and harass employees. He also started to cuss my boss out demanding that i pay the debt, which I didn't have at the time now he's making threats that he going to make lose my job.
