We got the same phone call. They called every day for about two weeks. We kept telling them that we hadn't noticed a problem. Then they called my boyfriend by his father's name, whose name is on the phone account, but has nothing to do with the computer. We hung up after that. Scam!

Has called twice to tell me that they are receiving error messages from my computer and it was urgent that they help resolve the issues. They said they were from Windows, and I asked if they were from Microsoft and they said no. I asked for their number so my husband could talk to them about the computer and was given the 801 number. Asked if they had a 1-800 number if they were technical support and they said "no". First time they called they said they were calling from Colorado Springs, the next day he said Utah. I told him I would notify the police that he was trying to scam people over the phone!!!
