She asked if I was the person in charge of warehouse supplies. I told her my business had been incorrectly listed as Janitorial Supplies, that we are a service company and do not ship anything out. Then she said that last year we had ordered an office supply item that comes from the warehouse dept, that we had an open account, and that she was going to send out a catalog. I asked her what item we ordered. She said she didn't know, but that they were going to close my "open account" (total lie) if I didn't order something because it is the end of the year. She asked if I was in charge, I told her I was the owner of the company, she asked how many employees at our location, and when I said 3 (because my other 26 employees don't come in to the office) she started laughing. After 10 seconds of listening to her laugh, I asked her if there was something funny and she said," how long do you think I've been doing this? Are you kidding me?!" Then she hung up on me.
