Just got the same call. I would think if you are receiving a summons, they would call you to tell you they are coming. These kind of calls make me sick.

First caller states he is from legal support services and needs to know if someone is going to be home the next day to serve a court summons. And that you need to call Attorney Hank Hoffman at 888-846-3275 (even quotes you a case number) because you will have to reschedule so you do not get a failure to appear. Little did they know I was already working with an attorney concerning my debts. And was smart enough to look the phone number up on google. How much more lame are bill collectors going to get???
