I was told that I needed to return this call ASAP. That if they did not hear from me or my attorney that all that they could say was I wish you good luck! I unfortunaty fell for this scam once and I will not fall for it again. My attorney as instructed me to not answer or return the calls.

Man with VERY heavy middle eastern accent. Says that the very second I get the message me or my attorney needs to call him, says it's time sensitive & it falls on me. If I fail return his call all he can do is wish me luck. Sounds like BS to me

I have gotten a number of calls from this number stating that I owe them money for a cash advance which isnt true. It appears to be a scam.

This "officer Tom" has called my phone several times trying to say I owe 2000 do Fast Cash, online Cash advance company. This number is a scam, I reported them to the FTC, BBB, Attorney General, and filed a police report for Identity Theft against them. Luckily the bank account number that they have for me is for a closed account but they still have my social security number, this company used to be under another numbers, 661-240-9164 and 909-895-0005. Do not confirm any information with them, they claim that they have an affidavit in front of them but when asked for a letter of collection, which is required by federal law 10 days after the first time they contact you, they refuse and say that you will receive a summons from your local court. THIS NUMBER IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! Do not confirm any information with them over the phone, ask for proof to be mailed to you and when they refuse tell them you are going to report them, and you should, and for them to stop calling you.

Indian spoken man left a message on my voice mail stating that he was an officer of the law, and I was in deep legal mess, If I did not call him back I would be in big trouble. A thought came to mind one I could not understand him clearly, and he was very threatnening, which is unprofessional.

keeps trying to pressure my husband and myself to give our information to him over thephone. thank god we didn't because i am beginning he is trying to scam us. when he called me he referred to himself as officer tom but when he just called for my husbandon my phone he called himself eric lewis.

states that he is with a law firm and he works for cash advance and wants to sue me for 1500 dollars,which i never received and some kind of way got access to my account number and social security number.

Msg left stated that information is time sensitive and I needed to return the call ASAP. Also stated if I don't return the call, then he wishes me good luck with the events that might unfold. I called but it keeps going to a generic VM.
