REGARDING A PAYDAY LOAN "CASHNETUSA" WAS TRUE BUT KNEW MY SS/WORK/NUMBERS AND WAS VERY NICE AND i DO OWE $300.00. SO MADE ARRANGEMENTS. i WAS ADVISE TO GET A REPAID CARD AND COULD USE IT WHICH MADE BETTER. bUT THEY DID NO MY BANK NUMBER.... (i EXPLAIN IT HAD OVERDRAWN MONEY AND NOTHING WAS IN THE ACCOUNT) THEY STATED THEY WAS TOLD WAS CLOSED, i SAID NO BUT IT IS VERY OVERDRAWN AND IF i DO NOT PUT FUNDS IN IT WILL BE CLOSED.

Called my Father looking for me. The lady wanted my money and was really snotty and rude. I did owe on a Payday loan, that is correct. I had lost my job so i couldn't pay it back. They would not accept what i offered to give them each month, she wanted more. She got very nasty and threatened me so I cussed her out and hung up.

They called, when I answered they didn't bother to introduce themseleves and just assumed I was someone named Patti on the phone, and said they had a Tax Claim there that they needed to take care of and what did I want to do about it.... I told them they had the wrong number, and they asked where is Patti at, again I said you have the wrong number, and they asked again how they can reach Patti, I finally aked them what part of you have the wrong number dont you understand, there is no Patti here nor do I know anyone named Patti, Then they told me I didn't have to "grind my teeth at them for calling the wrong number" and I hung up the phone.... this is very much a scam!

I received several phone calls from this company as well...it was a recording after saying that I was not able to receive calls on my job of this magnitude the person on the phone got smart and very loud with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and some man got on the phone and said he would have to listen to the tapes but I doubt anything will be done. I contacted another place and they said that the don't even beleive this is a real company at all.....so I am very skeptical now about giving them any money what so ever.

stated they were with CDR and was going to prosecute me for a payday loan, had so much going on at the time felt pressured did give them a prepaid cc, however no money on it and only load when needed. said they would work out a payment plan would take money every 2 weeks, however after giving card # asked I would later get a certified bank check to pay balance said they could not do that. would never give a real card, I only use prepaid cards just incase, now I feel real stupid for more or less falling for it but then again would not load card anyway

They are still calling me, I am now going to call a phone blocker. I get different threatening messages. I did have a lady with an accent call and ask for a Mrs. Garcia." That is not my name, so they obviously have the wrong number. These calls have started about the time I started posting resumes online, which I now have made my resume not visible unless I am sending my resume to a specific employer. They are CDR Associates. From Internet search I figured they are collecting for a payday loan. I have never, nor will I ever do a payday loan. So it is obvious they have the wrong number. This creditor is abusive and breaking all sorts of FCC rules! I have contacted my state's attorney about this company!

Always calling and saying its fraud or I need to give them money. mentioning a court date. something needs to be done with this CDR company
