this company has been herassing me asking for someone else who does not have my number anymore they wont stop calling

I sent a cashiers check with the amount I borrowed plus the amount of interest which was outrageous enough... This was three months ago i borrowed, paid back two months ago... I got a call today saying they never recieved my check and they need 90 to resolve it otherwise its going to collections for 450! I paid the 90 and asked so this is all its all over now? they said yes. will keep you updated about what happens next!

I have recieved this call stating that I owe them 550 and they need to collect and set up payments. Then I recieve a call from another number with the same information stating that I owe them 700 dollars and they need account information. When I look the number up it comes up as a cell phone, I am warning everyone about this. Here is the other number 716-989-4895.

This is Ameriloan. They are an unlicensed payday loan company operating on an Indian reservation in Florida. They do not hold a license to loan money to anyone in the U.S. and therefore cannot legally take anyone to court. They will call and threaten anyone who owes them money or anyone they think owes them money but it's all B.S. Just don't give them your bank account or debit card information as they will drain your account for every penny they can get. They are a bunch of crooks operating on the outer edges of the law.
